Payment Arrangements:
     A nonrefundable retainer of $100.00 is due with service agreement unless prior arrangements for payment have been made. 

       Balance of payment is due upon arrival of musicians, except for weddings and wedding receptions.

       Balance of payment for weddings and wedding receptions is due 14 days prior to performance and must be a certified bank check or money order.   

Please be aware. 
Stringed instruments are delicate, which limits where a string quartet can perform.  Instruments need to be kept dry and must not overheat.  Therefore we cannot play where spray, or water will get on the instruments.  (ie. sprinklers, rain, etc)  The instruments are also put together with a heat sensitive glue which tends to come apart when exposed to direct sunlight.  Therefore total shade must be provided for any outside performances.  An umbrella table won't work, as it not large enough and the sun moves after the umbrella is set up.
