Phoenix String Quartet Fees Schedule
founded in 1976

A $100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date.
      (include event date with all payments)

When the ensemble is required to travel over 30 miles there will be a travel charge.
Distances are calculated from Central and the 101 Highway. Travel charges.

Sound System:
Portable sound system is available. Recommended for outdoor weddings.

Please call us to confirm availability and discuss your needs.
To reserve your date, return a signed copy of the service agreement, along with a non-refundable retainer of $100.00.

WEDDINGS: Balance of payment for all weddings and wedding receptions is due 14 days prior to event, due to the nature of the occasion and must be a certified bank check or money order. We often begin before the ceremony and leave after others have departed etc. and a wedding is not an appropriate time or place to be conducting business.

To avoid confusion please include event date on all communications and payments, because performance agreements are filed by date and time, not names.
