A $100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date.

When the quartet is required to travel over 30 miles there will be a travel charge. 
Distances are calculated from Central and the 101 Highway. Travel charges.

Booking:
     Please call us to confirm availability and discuss your needs. 
     To reserve your date, return a signed copy of the  service agreement, along with a non-refundable retainer of $100.00. 
               Make payable to Carl Reiter, 1101 E. Morrow Dr. Phoenix Arizona, 85024.  (personal check ok for deposit only)

WEDDINGS:  Balance of payment for all weddings and wedding receptions is due 14 days prior to event, due to the nature of the occasion and must be a certified bank check or money order.   We often begin before the ceremony and leave after others have departed etc. and a wedding is not an appropriate time or place to be conducting business.
